Celebrating the Retirement of Al Russell After more than 40 years in Florida real estate, our very own Al Russell is officially retiring — and it’s hard to put into words just how much he’s meant to our team. Al has been with Premier Commercial Group since day one, helping shape the company into what it is today. A trusted leader, a mentor, and a friend — he’s someone who brought not just expertise, but heart, to everything he did. A licensed Sales Associate since 1982 and Broker since 1999, Al has brokered deals across the entire state — from multi-million dollar commercial sites to 100,000+ acres of land. His career has spanned public, private, and government transactions, including 1031 exchanges, development consulting, and complex acquisitions. Before joining PCG, Al spent a decade at the Florida DEP as a property acquisition agent, and brought that depth of experience into the private sector with a passion for helping clients navigate every aspect of real estate. A North Florida native, a military academy graduate, and an outdoorsman with a deep love for land — Al’s legacy is one built on integrity, relationships, and results. He will be truly missed among his co-workers, and we are beyond grateful for his leadership, mentorship, and legacy here at Premier Commercial Group.
